Event-Attendance Pro Desktop: Features

Event-Attendance Pro Desktop can be run as a stand-alone application or a client-server.

We have two Editions of our Desktop software:

• Non-Keystroking Edition - works with RFIDeas 82 Series
• Keystroking/Wedge Edition - works with any RFID Wedge readers and Barcode Wedge Scanners

Use RFID Badges or Barcode IDs To Track Attendance
Event-Attendance Pro is designed to work with RFID badges or Barcode IDs to track attendance. Leverage your existing RFID badges, or create new Barcode IDs. Attending your event is as easy as opening a door. Event attendance tracking has never been simpler. No more sign in sheets with unreadable names or manual tracking. Now all an attendee needs to do simply touch his badge to an RFID reader or scan with a Barcode scanner, and a time stamped record of his attendance is logged.


Create Unlimited Events

Using the calendar feature, the software allows you to create unlimited number of events. Create a one-time, all-day or even a recurring event. You can also specify an event to be Public or Private - a private event require attendees to register, while public is open to all attendees on the database.


Easily Upload Attendee Information

While you can enter attendee information manually, Event-Attendance Pro has the added convenience of uploading data in easy simple steps. Extract information from your existing USER/EMPLOYEE/ATTENDEE Database, format it to a comma-delimited file, and simply upload the file to the software.


Attendant or Kiosk Mode

You can have an Express Model, where an attendee simply touches the reader with his Badge ID and attendance will be marked. Or, you can employ an Attendant Model where a volunteer greets attendees and helps in the check-in process.


Track Attendance Manually

Event-Attendance Pro allows you to track attendance manually in case your proximity card reader or an attendee badge is unavailable.


Reports

It is easy to generate reports with Event-Attendance Pro. Select a report, provide dates criteria, and then run! Event-Attendance Pro comes with three basic reports: All Events, Events With Attendees and Attendees With Events.
